Rear leaf springs help

I'm in the process of a dana 60 swap into my 95 f250 7.3.
I was just wondering if I should keep my f250 springs because they have the factory overload springs. The 89 f350 I'm taking the axle from has stock springs and no overload springs.
So my question is should I keep the f250 springs with overload or swap for the f350 springs? What can handle more weight?
I don't have the code from the f350 door jam but the code on the spring itself is E7tA FA.
The door jam code on the f250 is Q4A and the code on the spring is E4ta sa Ew5 48A.
I'm also going to be installing the f350 factory blocks on my axle.
If anybody knows springs an can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

How many leafs did the F350 have? It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with the suspension. Depending on the amount of leafs and weight capacity your F250 with the top over loads may have a higher capacity. Plus you already know how the F250 leaf springs will sit so you won't get any surprises

The rear gawr on the f250 says 6084 lbs. not too sure what the f350 is.
I want the truck to be able to handle as much weight as possible.
What about using the f350 spring and the f250 overload springs? Could that be an option?

You should have no problem switching that multi leaf overload over to the leaf springs found on the F350.

I can try and run that number that you found on the spring tomorrow and see what you have.

Tried running that number and it isn't working for me. However, in those years the 250s and 350s all shared the same family of leaf springs. I ran your spring code and the leaf springs you have on the F250 is one of the highest rated ones for that time so if I were you I would use the leaf springs on the F250 with that multi leaf helper.

Let me know if you need any U-bolts, Shackles, Bolts, etc. I can hook you up with all that.

That multi leaf overload setup I'm pretty sure is non stock. Those frame brackets definitely look aftermarket. Very hard to say which setup is going to serve you better without knowing their capacity. The stock overload is a parabolic spring as well so directly comparing them by appearance is out.

No matter which spring setup you choose, the larger F350 block is what keeps the factory rake and is a large factor in your level load carrying capacity

I know you are talking about the rear springs, but I just wanna throw this out there for in case you don't already know. Make sure you put F350 springs in the front. And they have to be springs from an F350 diesel. DO NOT leave the F250 springs in and put the D60 on them. It will absolutely beat your teeth out! I know because I tried it once. It was terrible! Like I said, just putting it out there so if you didn't already know, I could maybe save you the trouble.

Thanks buddy! I've read that one before so I'll be sure to use the f350 front springs.

The setup on your 250 is not stock. You essentially appear to have the base 250/350 5 leaf pack in there plus an overload, with 3 more overloads. The current 250 pack probably rides pretty rough, but will absolutely be able to take more load.

my 96 is identical to the pack out of the 350 as well... They ride really nice, but when loaded heavy need bags to help.
