It wasn't until '96 that Ford made an F-250 crew cab, and no half tons until the early 2000s.
However a company named Centurion made conversions on half ton trucks. Crew cab pickups and Excursion- type SUVs. Not sure what year Centurion started. People seem to generally like them, although they do talk about some poor workmanship, or design, especially in the roof, that can lead to problems.

The bullnose 4-door bronco made by Centurion was a shortened F350 crew cab with a Bronco back end welded on. They were designated as C350's. I have also seen Centurion edition F250 trucks, but these were mostly just a lot of aftermarket seats, interior trim, fiberglass visors and flares, and paint stripes.

Your drw 4x4 is a cab and chassis truck if it's factory. If it has a pickup bed on it, then someone made it, it's not factory. The only dually trucks available in 4x4 were cab and chassis trucks from the factory till about 1999 when the superduties came out.

1980 - 1986 F100/F150 CrewCab
That's what I'd thought,Because reason I'd asked about if FORD had built any 1980 - 1986 F100/F150 1/2-Ton CrewCabs from the factory besides the F350 1-Ton,I've still an issue of TRUCKIN' Magazine with Wings West built FORD F150 CrewCab FlareSide and Linda Sobek on the coverGot another question for y'all:Can a FORD F350 CrewCab (just the Cab) fit on a 1980 - 1986 F100/F150 1/2-Ton Chassis or 2 different chassises

Can it fit? Of course, anything can be done if you try hard enough. But the frames kick up behind the cab, so a regular cab kicks up earlier than a SuperCab which kicks up earlier than a crew cab. If you try to put a longer cab on a frame that was made for a shorter one you need to address that. You can put something like a 4" body lift on to lift the cab enough to clear the kick-up, or you can modify the cab floor to clear the frame (and then figure out what you need to do to make the rear seat fit the modified floor), or you can modify the frame to give clearance for the cab. None of them are great, simple solutions.

No factory F100 Crew Cabs, except 1965/66. No F150's until 1975, no Crew Cabs...ever.
Prior to mid-year 1965, all Crew Cabs were conversions.
btw: Linda Sobek (model, former Raider cheerleader) was murdered by a photographer during a Lexus test drive in the Mohave desert.
