53 F100 cab question

53 F100 cab question
Were cabs identical on 1953 F100, F250 and F350? The reason I am asking is I am building a 53 F100 and the cab will need a fair amount of body work. I am looking at what appears to be allot nicer cab than I have but it is advertised as a F100, F250 or F350.

yes
53-55 cabs are the same from the F100 up to the big trucks like the 750 Big Jobs.
Hoods are the same, fenders are the same, (except for big trucks like the F500 and larger have larger wheel openings to accommodate the larger tires)
