It sounds ok to me also, maybe a little bit stumbling when it first fired up but it straightened up pretty quick. The stumble would be a common symptom of stiction. Basically, oil deposits on the small parts inside the fuel injectors cause them to stick just a little bit on cold starts. It usuially gets worse over time or when engine temp is colder. If you would prefer it to be a little quieter, you could try some Archoil Addative next oil change. Many people here like it. I've tried it myself and I didn't see much improvement in cold idle quality but it did make the engine noticeably quieter.
Much of the sound you are hearing is the diesel ignition noise, it does sound "mechanical" but it's common to diesels and maybe a little more noticeable on this particular engine.
