Steering wheel off center

When my 94 f150 wheels are straight, the steering wheel is not. How would I adjust this?

There are some turnbuckles, they call them adjusting sleeves, by the tie rod ends. Obviously you have to shorten one tie rod and lengthen the other. If you do this yourself, make sure the one you lengthen has enough threads still holding to be safe.

If you do this yourself, you can count the turns you turn each sleeve but I'm not sure your toe adjustment will be right on.
