2016 F100 Supernationals

I haven't seen a post on the 2016 Supernats yet so I thought I would start one. I won't re-type all the particulars of the event since that can be read here: F100 Super Nationals - Home. The wife bought our airline tickets today...we will be there from the 7th-17th, dates work out well with Mother's Day. In-laws live in Lebanon, actually Lagaurdo, off 109 going out towards Gallatin. I look forward to meeting up with so many of the folks I have met here on the forum. The Western Nats is a good time for us here on the West coast but not too many folks from East of the Mississippi make it out this way.

question for last years attendees... since they moved to Lebanon from PF... is this a show you can do in a day... maybe 1-1/2?

I don't know how many trucks were there last year so I can't judge...

If you don't look at every detail on every truck and pick up every item in the swap area... is it doable... Thinking of driving up Friday am and have Friday pm and Saturday...

retired and trying to save some $$$ this trip will come out of my truck fund.

thanks
John

John, I didn't take Edith' with me last year and was set up in the swap meet area. I didn't get a chance to see all the trucks, but they did have a good turnout. I don't think they had as many as the year before, but I expect to see more this year. The 1 to 1 1/2 day to see it all will probably be doable.

thanks Joe
booked a room in Mt Juliet for Fri-Sun am... we'll see what we see. I don't pay much attention to other than my group 53-56... looking for ideas to use... the 60's don't get me as excited... and not into the cars or tractors... looking forward to it and hitting some of the vendors...

hope the weather is good

John,
I went Friday & Saturday but walked (plus visited & took pictures) the whole area in maybe 6 hours. I left around noon on Saturday and trucks were still coming in. Vendors were set up Friday.

I plan to go. I won't have my truck ready, but I'll be there

I'm looking for a front and rear bumper for my 52 F-1 if anyone has one they want to sell.

I planned to go but after finding out they doubled my driving distance then I gotta pass. It's 10 hours one way.

It didn't move 5 hours, it only is about 2 hours or 100 miles. 600 miles one way for me and I wouldn't miss it just because of a little extra driving

Don't think I'll make it this year. One trip back to TN will be enough.
