hmm well. If I had my choice I would of preferred beef. Don't hate me? lol
That being said, it was very tender and I put enough seasoning in there to make it an acceptable meal for me.
I only took a bite of the meat to check for doneness, and I skipped dinner altogether.
I attend training classes every Tuesday night with my dog, thus the reason for the slow cooker meal. Hubby came home from work and dug right in!

cody i know, i almost wiped out a few cars this morning becaue of them not having their lights on.
pat elk pot pie is the bomb!!! Sorry i have completly forgotten to send you those planks for grilling. but I have started using 1x4 untreated cedar. I buy it in 10ft chunks at home depot or other lumber yards for way cheaper and then just use the table saw and cut them in half thickness wise. then you get two planks.
