Int wipers and tilt into '87 custom

All,

I have a base-model, '87 F250, 6.9, reg cab, 5-speed, 4x4. I would like intermittent wipers and tilt steering. Is this difficult to retrofit?

It's bolt and go, just find a 87 to 91 truck with those options and swap them over. I done it to my 89 F250
