before you order check some local shops these are not as hard to find as you would think. I got mine locally for less than the lmc price not to mention the crating and shipping which can exceed the price of the glass.
I ordered the new rubber from mid fifty that was supposed to be the top of the line premium stuff, afterwards I wished I would have let my glass guy order it as well, because he said mine seemed less pliable than he was used to. nothing against mid fifty they are great.

I called all the local glass shops in my area and the only 55 Ford they had access to was the Fairlane. Maybe the 56 is more available.
I would agree, if you can get it local you will save a ton in shipping. I lucked out and a vendor at a swap meet had one, so I didn't have to pay shipping. Shipping is generally as much or more than the glass itself.

I see that you have Fargo as your location (kind of). There is a glass shop in Isanti, MN that most likely has the glass you need on hand. They have a huge inventory and they just went to the shelves & pulled out the glass I needed for my '53. I had a chance to watch them cut out a side window for an International truck. They used a computer guided water jet stream cutter/blaster that took about three minutes to cut a ready to use window.
