Headlight switch ****

replacing headlight switch **** on my 2004 F-250. What is the procedure for removing the old **** from the switch?

I've never had to replace or remove one but I would pull gently. With that being said I've broken a couple of things and not allowed to work on plumbing anymore.

Most of the late model headlight switches are seal units and ***** generally not removable like the older trucks with the **** attached to a stem that you pulled out to turn on lights.

You can get a whole brand new headlight switch assembly - without fog lights & without automatic lights for around $30.00 at Rock Auto
