New blend doors but heater just the same, need help !
I changed the heater blend doors today on both sides in my 2008 350 Super Duty with no luck, heater is just the same, blows a little warm on the driver side and almost no heat on the pass. side !
Any ideas about what could causer this problem ?
There are no fault codes on the control panel.

This is the procedure I was talking about....Not sure if it does anything more /less or different then what's done after reading the codes or not. Also I presume you've checked your coolant level and it's fine?
HVAC Module Cold Boot Process
The purpose of the cold boot process is to allow the HVAC module to reinitialize and calibrate the actuators. To carry out the cold boot process, follow the
steps below.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Disconnect the HVAC module electrical connectors.
3. Inspect the connections for the following:
— corrosion.
— pushed-out connectors.
— incorrectly seated connector.
4. Wait one minute.
5. Connect the HVAC module electrical connectors.
6. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
7. Select any position except OFF on the HVAC module.
The HVAC module will now initialize and calibrate the actuators. Calibration of the actuators will take approximately 30 seconds.

Heater is now working, i took the truck to a workshop for a lubeoilchange, they took a look at the HVAC and i told them what i had already done. They disconnected the elemend and backflushed with hot water, heater is now working fine but i will also add some Clear Flow fluid to the water for even better resault

Blend Doors
I just had my blend doors repaired. When I brought it in for normal oil/filter change, I asked them to check the cause of no heat on drivers side. The process for a 2010 6.4 is to remove the dash board, at 8.5 hours worth of labor. I could not believe what it would take to replace a simple plastic board with a worm gear and a few other parts. After a short thinking time about it and a trip from Northeast Florida to New England coming up for the Christmas Holidays I pulled the trigger and had him replace both blend doors. the doors cost about $50.00 each and the labor was $850.00. I would have liked to be there to observe the work, but I could not be. Heat works fine both sides.
