Help, Salvage yard interchangeable parts. 99 f150 what fits

Long story short i ended up with one of those mid year 98's, so i have a 99 with a bunch of 98 parts.. 4.6 W 5 speed 4X4, i need a wheel hub, the scrap yard around me only has the ones with the spine that runs through and needs greased/ has a cap. Mine is more like an explorer hub, i am wondering if the explorers/ expeditions(there are like 8 of them in the 97-03 range) there. Also any other parts that fit the f150 from other models would be of great help. Bertha(as she is so named) has 240k runs like a champ, but has some undercarriage rust issues that i dont mind fixing because i got the truck for free and such. and the interior is in good shape.

Parts i know i need/want:
Hubs
knuckles( i want to blast and powder a set(yes i have a powder coater))
rear end conversion (i have drums...i hate them)

Random expedition thoughts, i have seen a brake swap, which i have considered which is what makes me think it may work in which case if someone can confirm they fit i will be a happy man and head back to the yard this weekend and play destruct a bunch of expeditions till i find some timken hubs. and calipers to rebuild(i know you need the brackets and such).

ANY HELP IS MAJORLY APPRICIATED. Thank you.

Expeditions and Navigators use the same under pinnings in those years. Check those in your year range to see if you can find matching parts.

well the timken part # is SP550200 for the f150 and its SP550201 for the expedition, apparently they also weigh different amounts.... everything else looks identical.

so i have the specs up and there are 2 differences, first the f150 part has a "brake pilot dia E" of 89.9668mm, while the expedition is 92.329mm. so a 2.3622mm difference. also there is the difference of "flange diameter A" on the f150 is 182mm and its 181.2036 on the expy, for a difference of .7964mm. knowing we use hub centric rims i dont know if the size difference will make any change? anyone who knows more about machining have any input?
