Door stop on 1-1/2 ton panel delivery

Both doors open against the front fenders and someone told me that I need to replace or add to the rubber stops inside the door. I assume they mount on the arm that slides out of the door as it opens. How do I get to them without screwing up anything else? Do I remove the window crank and the door access panel? I have not looked at the crank - what holds it in place? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

To get to the door stop you only have to remove the door access panel. There should be a small arm protruding from the lower forward door edge. One end of the arm is inside the door with a rubber bumper and the other end of the arm attaches between two small tabs on the door frame with a small pin going down thru. Mac's sells replacements if you need them.
