Need eccentric washer.

I am not having luck finding the correct size. I need an Eccentric washer for my brake shoes. I am missing one of the washers some reason. It is about 1" Diameter and 1/4" thick. For the 1 1/2 ton. Local automotive parts don't have them that size.

Does the washer have a round hole that is concentric to the outside? I have some extras for my '49. I will get some dimensions for you.
