Been a while since I've posted anything. Things have been very busy. Got married, came home to find out my store manager got fired, 2 other people quit, so I've been working nonstop. Got run over by my neighbors daughter in a go kart, was on crutches for 2 weeks, surprisingly didn't break my leg though. I also joined my local volunteer fire department and transferred to a different college to get my degree faster and cheaper (can't beat that)! My business has picked up a little bit since I've started offering custom made Kydex holsters along with my gunsmithing. And today I was offered a job at a local Chrysler Dealership in the shop. So yeah, its been crazy.
So, the truck. Everything has been going great with it really. Haven't had any issues other then fuel mileage seems to have dropped off a bit, averaging about 12.3 MPG.
I do have a question, I hooked up my scan tool and found one code but never had a check engine light come on or anything. Code is a P008C - Fuel Cooler Pump Control Circuit/Open. Anybody have any idea what would cause this? IDK how long its been there because it never turned the light on and my old scanner didn't show this code. I found it with my new scanner that shows some other options not just regular DTC codes.
I have read that its the fuel cooler pump but where is it located? How do I test it? I've also read you can get this code if the coolant reservoir is low but its separate from the engine cooling system reservoir. Completely separate system. If anybody can shed some light on this Id appreciate it!

Mine came factory with the truck.
Truck ideas haven't changed much. I just haven't had time to do anything between work and going back to school and the fire department. Only thing I've done really is add lights and siren. Ill try to get photos and a video up later. I have plans to add more lights for responding to calls. I picked up a used light bar with traffic adviser real cheap, I just have to replace the wiring from the bar to the control box because the guy didn't feel like removing the wiring from his truck so he just cut it. I've got some plans to redo my center console, move my fire radio to the ceiling cubby and install the siren and light controllers in the center console.

Well guys I have some sad news. We decided to trade the truck in and get my wife a new car. I hate to see her go but it was necessary. I was able to trade her old car off for a decent wrangler so I still have something to play around with. Thanks everyone for all their help on this forum!
