They drain somewhere down in the A pillar.
You can pull the head liner and take the tube
off the nipple and blow air down it to clean it out.

O I figured it all out. It was a huge pain. The front 2 drains I had to use small vacuum tube to actually rig up a vacuum. Then once I got the front two the back driver refused to drain. Made a giant mess. I think I'm going to have to fix the broken sunroof track and get it all down and replaced and then maybe the drains will work properly. The joys of a second hand truck.

Sorry for the delayed response. I did not take pictures, but the diagram is free at your local ford dealer (parts counter). I took the glass off and didn't move the track. The forward drains where a pain. Using a 4ft section of vacuum line, a shop vac, and a blow gun. I was able to blast and suck the garbage out of the front two. The rear drains you will have to take the plastic trim down and pull the roof handles/coat hooks down. Once you do that the headliner is fairly loose and allows for work space to the rear drains. Have fun. The whole job is terrible. My new addition to my maintenance chart is too check the drains at least once a year
