It's losing Freon, I'm losing my mind.

It's losing Freon, I'm losing my mind.
Good morning.
Here's what's going on: a 2000 ranger 3.0 that we replaced condenser, compressor, high and low lines, all the gaskets and shraeder valves... Added three bottles of dye. And there's no leaks anywhere. We poured two bottles of dye out of the evap core but there's no leaks. Double checked all the connections and nothing is showing up anywhere. We've refilled the Freon levels 5 times and it keeps coming back empty. But no smidgen of a leak. The sniffer doesn't find anything, and there's no indication that dye has left the system at all. Thanks in advance!

Ya gotta quit pourin' it into the radiator...
If you added 3 bottles of dye, you don't have room for refrigerant... When you poured two bottles out of the evap, how did that work? The evap should have been connected to the low side suction line and to the high side after the orifice, so I don't understand.
Was the dye poured into the eavp before installation and then 'rolled around' to coat the inner surfaces so it would be forced out when pressurized?
If you have a leak that eats all your refrigerant, then if you put it into a 'still' area, a sniffer should respond. Have you tested the sniffer? New batteries, etc? Did you fire up the blacklight near the all the bottles of dye you have to insure that the wavelength of the light makes the dye visible? Do you have termites?
There should be little problem in finding as large a leak as is described, but the 'process' being used needs more description of actual steps to try to offer a good solution.
