I liked the looks and fit on these Michelins, but $320 is very steep. Then went to the autoanything site, and they want $100 to ship to Alaska! Ridiculous! Emailed them with my displeasure as big sites like Cabelas & Amazon know how to ship reasonably to AK, and I ship all the time for work.

They're reply basically said that's just how the warehouses choose to direct ship.

So between the high price and high shipping, I'll just look at other choices. Sorry for the bad news on your thread with the nice review.
Never been to Alaska but it's on the bucket list. Too bad about shipping, the Michelins are very nice.

Great product for the price.
Thanks! Bought from Amazon (free Prime shipping) and just installed the Husky Custom Fit Contour mats for the front and rear seats. I like their fit.

Got mine on order. I sure hope they are better than the husky liners they are replacing. Tired of the matts sliding all over and not fitting right.

The Micchelins won't slide at all.

Drivers are secured using the same hold downs as the oem.

Plus they are made not to move by the form of them.

Good Timing

Thanks for re-posting the link in the 6.7 forum. Your re-post was good timing for me. New floor mats are my next purchase for my truck. I have have had WeatherTech laser cuts in my last two trucks and thought they were the best out there. I never really looked any further. My main complaint with them was they were hard to keep looking clean without the use of protectants that made them slick. WeatherTech's own restorer spary worked the best.
Are your thoughts on the Michelin Edgeliners still the same? I really like the looks of them. Are the deep retention grooves hard to clean?
Thanks.

Brian

What Husky liners where you guys using?! The contour ones I just got are molded to fit the area, use the 2 connection points on the driver's side, and haven't moved a smidge on me yet. Even the full width back mat has stayed put.

Linky
Was just looking at your pics from the other thread, and where the front driver side snaps onto the 2 grommets, are they water resistant? Say like snow packs in there and melts, will it seep through or is it sealed like the weather techs?

I'm using the Husky Weatherbeaters and have had zero issue with fitment or movement either. That's not to say there aren't better products out there by any means, but for the price, I am still very happy.

Weather beaters

They would never lay right and were not a very uniform fit. Slid all over the place on the drivers side. Wife complained about the passenger side always hooking her legs in and out of the truck.

Imo they were definitely not worth what I paid for them.

There are caps that you can put over the mat holding pins.

You know guys, there is a rule on this site; pictures, or it didn't happen. I have had weather tech molded for 4 years and 100,000 miles. Just starting to get to the point where they wont come clean and are starting to slide around a little. Just drivers side mind you.
