Has anyone had any problems when they've reinstalled the cowl vent with the vent handle mechanism hitting the wiper arms(the inside arms that rotate?) seems like mine are contacting one another and I'm not sure that the wipers will work with this close contact.
Tried to get a better pic of the wipers. These were the ones I pulled from the truck, although I've been finding out that some things weren't left stock when I got it, things were antique but not quite stock.

I'm not sure that this is 100% accurate for '52's, but it's close. Yours are not like any I've ever seen. Do they work?
edit: I see the vacuum isn't hooked up, but if you manually move the linkage thru its range of motion, do the wipers swing the correct amount, or way too far?
