Done with the body roll!!!

Ive searched the forums and have found a couple options as far as upgraded front and rear sway bars. My question is, for those who have done it, which brand did you use, and are there any that work better/worse? I read somewhere that the Eibach kits are no longer made. Also have seen Belltech and Hellwig makes them as well. Any input on this as well as other suggestions on how to improve the ride are welcomed and appreciated!

I saw a thread where you posted in recommending them. However I googled and check for them on Eibachs website and they no longer list their sway bars for the first gen expys. Unless you know of a source otherwise?

Try jcwhitney. I found helwig, and belltech . Helwig said it fit for two and 4wd belltech said it was 2wd but I couldn't see any difference in them. When I got mine there were no listing for navigator so I looked it up with expedition. Good luck. Also there is a helwig kit on ebay.

I put a Belltech on the rear and left the front stock. Big handling improvement. The front is already heavy duty, it was the rear that was leaning in turns. Same as my neighbor's Police Expedition. I think it's a Belltech 5550 but double check the part number before ordering.

Stock on top, Belltech on bottom ....

Hello!
New member here
I was not sure how to start a new post on this website so I decided to post here

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger that had a throwout bearing go out on it
I am a small time landscaper and haul a trailer all the time
I was interested in upgrading my clutch and was also needing to replace my transmission as well given it has about 190,000 miles on it
My questions are 1. Does anyone know any good places/Websites to get a 5 speed transmission?
2. Anyone have recommendations on what kind of ungraded clutch I should use?
3. Is there anyway I can get a upgraded throwout bearing?

If you go back up one level there is a blue "New Thread" button at the top of the list of threads on the left side of the page.
