Severe Axle Hop

I've run in to some issues on my 88 F250 recently. I've noticed that I get pretty severe axle hop when I'm backing up a lightweight (

When you are backing up a lightweight what?

All these HD trucks suffer from wheel hop in certain conditions due to the stiff springs, but any lift will amplify it especially one that uses lift blocks. The solution is removing the lift or adding traction bars.
