hey guys. sorry for short notice but i i have no where else to go i have an issue that i have to have resolved before monday. i have a 2004 mercury moutaineer awd 4.6. it cranks but will not start. if i let it go for a day and dont touch it it will start the next day and run, but once you cut it off it will not start again untill the next day. has 60 lbs of fuel pressure. has spark. i put a brand new crank sensor in it just because i had one laying around and it has a relatively new cam pos sensor. what am i missing here? is there anything im over looking? thanks so much for the help in advance

 

wil also add that vehicle will not start with starting fluid either. also prior to this problem replaced intake manifold and also vehicle would bog a bit upon acceleration after cold start and would have hard start

 

It's past Monday so I'm not sure if you're still working on this, but how did you confirm that you have spark when the truck won't start? Did you use an inline spark tester with one of the COPs?
