Question 1950 F1 Fan plug size

Can anyone tell me the size of the bolt in the V8 4 blade oil fill hole. I have been trying bolts for 30 minutes trying to figure it out with not luck. Its somewhere near a 6mm but no idea on the thread pitch. Thanks

I'm sure it's not metric. I'd bet it's #12-24, which is rare as hen's teeth. I'll check in a little bit.

Edit: yep, #12-24 x 5/8" long. But actually that shouldn't be hard to find in a slotted round-head screw. I was thinking of a different screw.
