Swapping Door Mirrors to Power Fold

Swapping Door Mirrors to Power Fold
Heres a long story for such a simple question. I just picked up a 2013 F150 SCAB XLT. It has a few cool options, but is far from fully loaded. It came with a factory trailer tow package, which included the bigger towing mirrors on the doors. For me, these larger mirrors are a catch 22 type of thing. I tow a Popup trailer and also a boat during the summer months, so they will be great for that. Problem is that I only have 8 ft wide doors on my garage and it won't fit through. On older trucks I had, I would just have to roll down the driver's window and fold the mirror in to get in the garage. No dice on this one, as I would also have to try and reach over to the passenger mirror and fold that one in as well. This will basically be a non-issue in the summer, as we park outside 95 % in the summer months. However, during the winter, we park inside 100% of the time, to avoid scraping of snow and ice. I thought "no big problem, I'll just get some of the smaller "regular" mirrors used off e-bay or somewhere for a couple hundred bucks and swap them out in the spring and fall". Thats what I'm planning on doing. My question is ..... If I was to come across a set of power folding mirrors, would the power fold function work on my truck? My existing mirrors are not power folding, but have turn signals and puddle lights. It would be cool in the winter to not have to put the window down to fold the mirror in. Just wondering if anyone knows if the wire harnesses are all the same but only needs the other mirrors. What do you think? Should I look for power folding mirrors, or just go for manual ones because the power fold won't work?

Ya, thanks for that video. The guy there is keeping with the big tow mirrors, which I don't need for the winter time as I don't tow in the winter. I think he went a little over board on cost there, he's into it all for about $1500. I'd like to swap over for about $200 (maybe more if the mirrors I find are power folding and if they would work on my truck. The old money tree hasn't been blooming all that well lately). The mirror adjusting switch I have up on the driver's door panel, does pull back like you would use to power fold. If this doesn't work, its no big deal, I just thought it would be cool if it did work and I could find some mirrors cheap enough.

Here's what I did:
2009 Ford F150 Truck Power Heated Smoked Style Turn Signal Power - Folding Textured Dual Arm Upgrade Towing Mirror Pair at 1A Auto.com
This kit came with a harness and switch to convert mirrors to power fold. The following video shows how easy it is to do.
I had the factory non-tow mirrors with turn signal, heat and power adjust. My truck is a 2009 F-150 XLT. My garage doors are also only 8 feet wide and I wanted power folding for the exact same reasons you describe.
