Reverse 1 and 2 is fine put in D high rpms but truck barley moves tranny fluid is at correct level color and doesn't smell e4od kinda lost here I guess it's stuck in a high gear

 

If there is no power to the shift solenoids it will do exactly what you are describing. There are two red wires from pins 37 and 57 on the EEC connector that supply power to the solenoids. I'll bet these wires do not have +12 volts.
