I need some help identifying what what all the wires go to on both the engine side and the chassis side, and How do I seperate the motor from the truck as far as all the wiring and starting go, everything is all original. Truck is 2wd, With Standard Transmission from the factory.

 

Thats not original.

There is supposed to be a connector there, but more often then not, it melts where the larger wires go through. The two large wires are for the glow plugs and overheat the plastic connector on many trucks.

 

You can get "weather pack" connectors from most auto part stores that will allow you to make a disconnect point and still be water proof. Whatever you do, do NOT run the glow plug power feed wires though any connectors they can't handle the current flow. I would remove the yellow and black/orange wires and run at least minimum 8ga or large (numerically lower eg. 6ga) right from the glow plug controller to the starter relay and use a weather pack connector for the low current stuff.
