Identify this plug please... 2006 F-250

Anyone know what this plug is for... And yes, it has been chewed by a mouse who has been dealt with. It is located on the passenger side behind the battery against the fender.

That is the control harness for dual alt trucks. On single alt trucks,, the loop is plugged in. But all trucks have the harness. You would be a single alt truck huh???

Yup, was having charging problems, I cut the plug and connected the green wires to replace the loop and the problem went away.
