best plug for 2006

need to do a plug change on the f150 5.4l, 2006. what is the best plug to put in.

i have been using champion .there a 1 peice design instead of the crimped together like the ford factory plug.hope they dont break off in the head when your removing them.

Champions had a real bad rep but they changed years ago. I've always had good luck with autolite over the years in just about everything

Motorcraft or Autolite.

thanks for the help. ended up with the autolight 11 bucks vs 22. just couldnt do the champions. broke 4, had the tool but the first one pushed the whole jacket in with the pusher so i ended up drilling the ceramic out some to get the puller to bite enough to pull it out. on the last one that broke the center electrode pull up but fell off in the whole, it was a back one so we couldnt see what was keeping the pusher from threading in. finally use a mirror, a stick and gum to get it out. then had to fix the threads on the pusher. that job makes for a long day.
