Random Uplugged Plug

Hey All,

I recently purchased an 88 Ford F250 with the 7.5l. I was in the process of doing a tune up and came across this plug that is not plugged into anything. It is located on the left hand side just above the #1 Cylinder. Any thoughts on where it goes? I couldn't find anything.

Thanks,

Figure it out yet? My first guess was alternator but I'll have to look.

I assume it is EFI, but can't make out any injectors in the pic. Is it carbed? Try getting a pic of the face of the plug, and one of where the wires connect to the harness.

I also came across another plug that has no home. This ones wiring harness looks like its part of the same harness that the SPOUT is wired too. Any thoughts?

This one is possibly for the towing harness. I have a photo of the towing harness connection in my gallery.
