'78 F150 4x4 Front Coil Springs
They ride like it's a '70's era pickup truck! ... because it is a '70's pickup truck.
Not looking to lift it yet, and want a softer ride and cheap junkyard option would be great. So, Would a newer f150 coil spring fit the '78? I know the heights of them are different, but internet searching didn't come up with anything concrete... Or maybe the E150's?

Coilspring stuff!
Not gonna run new stuff, unless you can fab??? Call bronco graveyard, sell a deaver coil spring! 80's truck they changed the way fit in pockets up front! Progressive rate coilspring is what your looking for! About 350lb spring rate. If you do find something measure everything, especially Outside dia. Of spring, good luck! If you can fab you can cut a ring out or heat and bend for your application!

I just installed broncograveyard skyjacker leveling kit. It came with all new bushings and the coils it gave the me a nose lift of around two inches. Pretty happy could anyone give me a suggestion on replacement shocks the stock ones are still in place. They are doable but too short for wheel down travel. What have you guys used?
