headers

Does your CS have a sway bar mounted btwn the radius arms? If so, it''s got to go because it'll be occupying the same space as the future headers.
IMO, buy the best that fits your budget. Would $550 be too much for easy to install, thick-flanged headers where ya don't have to jack up the engine to install??? Nor will it trap the starter and require the headers to be removed to replace the starter?
Low buck solutions include painted Hooker, Flowtech, and Hedman.
Medium cost are "Elite" headers from the above brands that are ceramic coated.
Higher end include Stan's and Sanderson.
Look for thick flanges to avoid warpage and thick-walled tubing for longevity. 2X with hi-temp coatings.
Good luck!

I went with Sanderson headers for easy of installation: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-pictures.html
page through because there are pics with the engine installed.
