Craigslist Denver: More and more Bullnoses for sale

[QUOTE=Gary Lewis;15359738]Wow! That's quite a price reduction. It still might not be worth it, but he'll get some calls on this now:
250 ford sale or trade
Is it just me or is the radio in this one mounted on a radio delete bezel?
It looks different. Unless it just doesn't have a trim level badge.

Yeah, I'm having trouble seeing through that blurred photo - but I think it might just be an "upgraded" radio.

HHHH: "Hey what's up I have a 1984 Ford F150 on 35 inch tires. Country truck all the way run and drives has a straight six 4x4 locking hubs role bar the works call for questions." Do you really expect to get a reasonable buy from someone that writes like that? Such a way with the wrong words - a "role bar"? That gives so little info?
IIII: Now, this one I could be interested in!
JJJJ: Whatever I said about HHHH needs to be said 10x over on this one: "also does have a dent I'm the front passenger quarter panel". Huh? Do these people REALLY not care about how they write? If so, do they care about how they maintain a vehicle? I seriously doubt it.
KKKK: Not worth what he's asking, but at least I have a feeling it is what it says it is. And, were I interested in that type of truck I'd follow up on this one.

I've been on both sides of the CL vehicle experience, which was the inspiration for the Used Truck Shopper's Checklist. A crappy cell phone photo taken through a dirty lens doesn't exactly instill confidence in a buyer. If someone's asking several thousand dollars for a vehicle, they should fill every photo slot on CL (I believe they now allow 25). I've sold a Tiburon, a Wrangler, and a Ranger on CL and spent the time to write long, thorough descriptions, with the note that I wasn't looking for comparison shoppers or test drivers, and it was a cash deal. And I sold each of 'em in less than a day to the first buyers who responded to the ads, for a tidy sum.

Yep, I've been on both sides as well. Recently sold my Murano to the first guy that responded, although it took two weeks for him to respond. I had bunches of very good pictures and lots of well-written info, which got a response from someone that was looking for exactly what I had. No low-ballers called. No one asking lots of inane questions. Just a guy that finally found what he was looking for.

I just took another spin through; a few more sales and expirations noted.
G might be fine but I doubt he'll get $7500 for it.
I think NNN at $4k and TTT at $5k are waaaay overpriced. Too much rot, clearly visible in the pics.
There are several in the $3k range which just aren't worth it. WW might be okay, but at less than half that price. (Seller has relisted and reposted this truck all over CL; makes me think a few shoppers have already passed on it, must be some issues.) UPDATE: WW sold.
HH at $3800 is worth a long, hard look; a sound investment, appears to be a great truck.
A few that are around the $1k price tag could be good, as long as the buyer has the RRC*.
