Inexpensive OBD scanner with ABS option

Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows where to get an inexpensive OBD scanner that can read ABS fault codes? I have an 05 Escape and have to troubleshoot a fault on my ABS system, the light is on. And I don't believe it is a "tone ring", I replaced the fronts last year and it does not appear like any are cracked. I see one at Harbor Fright for $130,
OBD II & CAN Scan Tool with ABS
but I see some cheaper ones on EBAY like this, will this do for the backyard guy who hardly ever uses it? http://www.ebay.com/itm/INNOVA-3030-Diagnostic-Scan-Tool-Code-Reader-with-ABS-for-OBD2-Vehicles-New-/391088978868?hash=item5b0eb83bb4&item=391088978868&vxp=mtr
