oil recommendation?
i have a 04 f250 with 220k. Whats the oil of choice if i live in Denver Colorado

Any API rated CJ-4 oil that you want. With extreme temp. swings from winter to summer a 5W40 syn. would be good for you. Best normal priced would be Rotella T6 sold at Walmart.

5w40 or T5 10w30

40 degrees is about the lowest for 15w40 at altitude.
