It will be very interesting to see how big the discounts get on these trucks by the fall, when they have lost some of the novelty. My guess is that you'll get pretty similar "out-the-door" prices on Ford, GM and Dodge for comparable trim levels.
I've never used the website price as a strong indication of the actual price I would pay on a vehicle.

Yep, just built one at dealer, was an additional 1k because of the increases to the same one on the lot. I think it is due to the weak can dollar vs American dollar. Trucks at dealership likely have old pricing though as it switched in March. If your looking at ford, may want to get one soon, can save a lot on high end trucks. I couldn't get what I wanted...
