A BETTER Shackle Bushings???

Howdy,
I have a 1991 F150 that I am going to replace the rear Shackle Bushings. I don't need to replace the Hangers, as I have a 100% rust free truck. I saw a video on how to use a 1 1/8" hole saw to cut out the old rubber bushing. It looked simple enough, if you can stand the smell of burning rubber. The question is... do I use a new MOOG rubber replacement bushing or is their something BETTER out there? I am not sure if you can use the (2) Polyurethane bushings and steel sleeve type in my truck? If you can will these also fit the leaf spring bushings as well?

You can get leaf spring bushings in urethane.
It's personal preference I think. For radius arms, I use urethane. For leaf springs, I'd want rubber but that may be just personal preference. I just know there's a few places I don't want to firm up (with urethane) and some that I do.
