The monstaliner is soo great. It cured well in very low temps..negative temps some nights. Has nice clean finish and you can choose what color you like. I paid $166 for the gallon kit and used half and saved the other half. I am very glad I went with monstaliner. I heard horror stories about the herculiner and i didnt want to risk having it turn out bad. Herculiner is hard to clean and dosent adhere as well from what I read. Monstaliner has smooth bumps and easy to wipe down. Im glad I spent the money.

Never heard of the monstaliner. . . you mix it to whatever color? And roll in or spray? And also the step with layin plastic in a mysterious black substance?
Ive used the duplicolor kit(blue can) rattle cans many times. 2 of 3 usually work, the third cloggs up and runs all over your hand and can. The fancy little gun($40) you can buy with it to spray the stuff works about as well. Its at the dump, after spraying the bed front, it clogged and screwed up even with the paint being thinned(don't remember exact details, but I finished it with a roller) . that paint does not hold very well and its hard to get any thickness out of it.
The duplicolor "bed armor" was a completely different story. Very thick and clumpy. Very rough and tough appearance and appears to hold up. I painted my bumpers in it, they're still in a testing phase though. Almost used the whole gallon on them probly impossible to spray, but roller or brush the stuff is so thick it doesn't leave strokes or rolls in it. Very consistent and even surface when done.

SEM ( from SC)makes a similar, tintable bed liner. It can be sprayed or rolled ( I rolled the bed of my 87)
