4x4 won't turn

When I'm in 4 wheel drive my truck won't turn, but makes a grinding noise instead. Any idea what it is and what to do admit it

You're going to be better off with this in the 87-96 f-series forum.

Moderator swap?

Are your hubs ok?

Okay thanks. Pretty sure they are, was just in there replacing the bearings and all that inside. Nothing appeared wrong.
