mine will be coming off soon the replace brake lines but It may be a couple of weeks

I'll hang on until you find out for sure if you need the hubs or not. They're separated and cleaned up, but not a problem if you don't need them.

I installed the Speedway disc conversion on my '64 F100 and am very pleased with the kit and the results. I would say go for it if you find out that the F250 spindles are the same. You would of course need to run 5X5.5" rims on the front.

Thanks. Was it pretty easy to install? Not a issue about rims I wanna get some new ones anyways.

Fairly straight forward on the install. Directions leave a little to be desired, but it all comes together fine. Just some minor grinding on the calipers for clearance (common issue).

That's what I've heard. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any crazy welding or anything.
