furnace help

So at 5 am I woke up to what sounded like someone running a snow blower outside but it was coming from my basement I check it out the furnace is shaking bad and making the noises so I pull the fan out clean all the dust and dirt off it and go to put it all back together and the tape I put on the wires is gone I had to undo some of them to pull the fan out so I guessed where they went furnace works great now but won't turn off so something is wrong in the pic the red wire is not hooked up but I had it on far left screw if it helps the furnace is a singer

You have the red and white wre hooked together, they aren't supposed to be hooked together.
Hook the reds together on the R screw.
The white wre that's in the brown loom, goes to the W screw.
The white wire that you have hooked to the red wire, I think is a common goes to the C screw.
