Vehicle maintence schedule

I just thought it would be handy to have a thread on here related to the maintence schedules of our rigs! I'll post what would need to be done to these pick-ups. I'll update it with peoples updates.

Engine oil- every 3000 miles
Motorcraft 820s filter and your choice of oil (I run 15-40 diesel oil because it's cheaper and it has more detergents)

Antifreeze- at least once a year
50/50 mix or distiled water and antifreeze

Spark plugs- every ? Miles
Motorcraft or autolite copper plugs

Cap and rotor- every ? Miles
I run MSD for these

Plug wires- every ? Miles
I run Ford racing 9mm wires

Coil- every ? Miles
I'll run a motorcraft or MSD

Air filter- every other oil change
I run wix or motorcraft

Transmission fluid- every 10-15,000 Miles
I'll run a good synthetic

Tranny filter- every ? Miles
Motorcraft or comparable filter

Differential fluid- every ? Miles
Fully synthetic 75-90 I believe with friction modifier for limited slip diffs

Wheel bearings- every ? Miles or whenever they wear out

I run Timken or of equal quality

Brakes- whenever they need it

Ball joints- whenever they wear out

Tie-rods- whenever they need it

If there's anything I missed please comment and I'll add to it! I think this would be a good thread for a sticky!

I do oil every 4000 miles or so with how far I drive my truck allot of times and I tend to do plugs and wires every year or so.
Diff and tranny fluid I've done once and do not feel that they need to be changed for at least another two years. I just keep an eye on the level of it.
Coolant I try to do every two to three years even if its just a partial flush.
Oh also to not I've been running synthetic 5w-30 motor oil with Lucas oil stabilizer and have been having good luck with it so far, just wish the crap wasn't so expensive, may end up just going to rottela brand 15w-40 this spring and seeing how it likes that. Cause if she likes it I'll keep it in the pan tell it gets pulled for a 351w.
