Vibration on highest

I'm thinking my truck needs a rear driveline U joint because At about 60 mph and faster I get a slight vibration I mean I notice it because I drive it every day but somebody else that drives it might not notice it. seems to be worse when I'm boosting a little bit Like going up a hill or something so I'm not sure

Sounds like a driveline vibration to me. I'd start checking u-joints.

Carrier bearings are also known for causing this issue...

easy sign of a bad u-joint is vibration above 50 mph, or under load that goes away once you let off the throttle.
or rust stains around the caps.
