I think you would be better served to post your own thread for more complete answers. While I have not seen it myself, I have read about similar failures on this forum.

I haven't bought many radiators. Only one I can remember where I got it from was for my Diesel. It was from Advance Auto. It has a lifetime warranty. It developed a leak about 6 months after I installed it. It's a small one and with how large it is I'm not about to waste all that coolant. I'll wait till it's time to do a coolant change and replace it then. The leak is small enough that I haven't had to add more coolant. It just seeps a little.
