Rim Offset

Hey guys,

New to the forum and hoping I can get some help/recommendations. I have a 2012 F250 currently at stock lift height. Looking to put a set of 20x9 wheels with a +10mm offset or 5.3" backspacing. Does anyone know how much lift would be needed to run a 35x12.5 tire? I tow a lot so I'm trying not to go too much higher than stock if possible. Any ideas?

Buddy of mine runs 35x12.5x 20 Toyo's on stock rims, he just installed a leveling kit, (2" front / 2.5" rear??) not exactly sure. He has no issues.
