C4 or AODE??
Which is a good automatic for a 93, 302, 5.0 a C4 or a AODE w/o the computer?

AODE without a computer. Wouldn't that be the AOD?
As far as C4 or AOD goes, I don't know an awful lot about either. Neither are overly strong in stock form, but either can be built to hand;e a lot of torque and the 302 isn't a torquer to begin with, so I'd think either would be fine from a strength standpoint.
ThAOD has an overdrive and a lockup torque converter. Both are great if you care about mileage. But both add a little complexity if that's your biggest concern.
My thought is that the AOD would be the best choice for almost everybody, but some might prefer the C4.
