93 F250 weird problems TPS EGR ? symptoms ?

Ok so I've been having some issues with for 1993 Ford F250. I've got a check engine light with some odd symptoms. When I start the truck in the morning (cold) the RPM's surge up like what should be normal for a cold engine but then the RPMs suddenly drop and just stay very low. After truck warms up the idle seems to be too high. The truck goes into gear fairly hard (due to high RPMs). It seems like it takes the truck a lot more work to get up to speed and if I let off the gas on the interstate the truck slows (feels like I'm hauling a huge trailer). When I first started getting the check engine light this problem seemed to be intermittent and the truck wouldn't always throw a code and have issues. Now the check engine light is always on and the issue is constant. I think the truck is also running rich.

Here are my codes.. Does it sound like it's a TP sensor, EGR valve, or PCM?

122 - TP (possibly grounded or open circuit) TPS
327 - EGR feedback signal is/was low - EVR or PFE
328 - EGR valve position (EVP) is/was low EVR

I search the symptoms but couldn't find anyone who is getting both EGR and TP codes. I doubt both are bad and wondered if one of them is bad if it could trigger the other code.
Thanks guys for any help!
