It's sort of an oddball in it's own way. Same design as the NP's for the most part but easier to get parts for the New Process's

Note if your thinking about switching over to a 205 they bolt right in place of the 24 dana. But one thing is different is the speedometer cable screw on coupler....

Who told you it's a 352? A 352 has a 3.1/2 stroke as 360's 390's =3.7/8
Most all fe blocks have 352 casted into drivers side of the block.

This casting number are confusing to many people until they get the low down on ford reason, this just became ID block casting mold number's an not block specs.

So checking your stroke is the real answer.

If it's a stock F100, that's a D21 single speed case. The 250 had a divorced D24 then the 205, the 21 uses a very different mounting. The only upgrade option is a D20 out of an early Bronco, otherwise the trans adapter and output shaft will need to be changed. A complete NP435 and 205 case setup from a 75-79 or 80-82 with NP208 can be swapped in fairly easily. 83 to 87 used a hydraulic clutch with a different release arm, but your release arm may fit.
