4.6 32 valve swap

I'm swapping my 97 f150 4x4 4.6 to a 98 4.6 mark 8 32 valve motor anyone do this build before? If so do I need to use my computer or the mark 8s? What all do I need to swap for everything to function? And will my f150 manifolds work on the new engine? Thanks in advance

.

I have been looking there but am finding everyone that dose it on the mustang has the cop ignition already witch my truck still has coil packs. The engine is a 98 and it has the cop. Could I jut use my wiring harness that's on my truck and put it on this engine and use the coil pack ignition?
