On the way home I did pick up a '97 Dodge 3/4 ton 2 piece rear driveline that has the carrier bearing that I'll modify to fit my truck. My donor was only a regular cab and is a single driveline.
Also picked this up:
I had one on my supercab a few years ago:
Since I got rid of the PTO winch & bumper I've been really wanting one of the Warn Winch bumpers for my crew cab. I'll have this one sandblasted and powdercoated to match my truck. I'm thinking either the dark grey or maybe black. But I think the dark grey would look better

Yesterday I got the drivers side intercooler tube setup and tacked together. Then started working on the lower rad hose. Got that all tacked up and in place. Still need to make 2 attach brackets today. Here's how it looks so far:
From the pic it may not look like there's much clearance, but there's about 3/8" - 1/2" clearance all around the tube.
I'll take a couple pics of the bottom portion once I finish the attach brackets.

Ok, no pics from today. But I remade my lower rad hose/pipe. Got it welded up. Had to do quite a bit of grind down and re-weld to get rid of the leaks. Made a down & dirty pressure tester. Installed the trans cooler up front to the left of the intercooler. Spaced it out a bit to get some additional airflow.
Tomorrow will work on the remainder of the plumming and my buddy's coming over and we'll hopefully get the Dana 60 out and the Dana 70 in. Already have the shock mounts & spring pads moved. Hopefully I measured right........

The Dana 60 will be one of the last parts of this conversion. I'll run around with the Dana 44 until I get the 60 all together.
Did get the Dana 70 put in. Will need to make some little mods to make the emergency brake cables work with the stock cables. But shouldn't be too difficult.
Got the drivelines measured up so I'll be visiting the driveline shop on Tuesday.

Nice work on your conversion.Don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, axle splines on the front is 35 spline versus 30 spline rears and the front is high pinion so standard rear gears will not interchange. The carrier itself from the rear is usable if you change the axle gears to 35 spline.Send me a pm with your phone number if you wish to discuss this more.I may have a set of 3.54 gears and carrier that was swapped for lower gears and a posi if you are in need of and may work a possible trade for yours. If the shipping wouldn't kill us I could swap entire frontends with factory 3.54 gears for yours.407-948-2517 Florida usually up until at least midnight EST.

No pics again. But I'll take a couple tonight. Yesterday got the Aux trans cooler mounted. It's sitting between the frame rails just above and aft of the t-case. It'll be running the lines tonight & tomorrow and wiring this weekend.
Also installed the t-case shifter. It bolts up fine and sits about 3" from the drivers side of the opening. So I'm going to take it back out again and rebend it so it sits a little more closer to the middle and that way the shifter boot will mount up easily.
Rear driveline is supposed to be done today........hopefully I'll be able to get it before he closes.
