Cree led lights????

Yeah I don't know. The reason I ordered the ones I mentioned was the description includes "fog light" whereas I think yours say "work light". Who knows, they are probably all the same thing. I read the customer reviews for a number of different cree lights and ordered my set based on the ways people were using them (in addition to the fog light description).

If you break open any light, I'd consider dropping a few silica pellets inside (a bag of it if it would fit and not catch fire). Once you break the seal you let in the ambient humidity, so if you can drop a few silica pellets inside that might help keep it dry inside.

My Post on these lights
I have been using them since the posting, and no fog inside. I spray them off at the car wash, getting all kinds of road salt and ice off of them. Same ones I used for under the steps on the sides. No problems at all so far. If they make it through a 6/7 month winter, I call it a win. We will see.
They light up great. I am amazed every time I back up how bright it is back there. No regrets so far.

I just spliced into the wires on the backup lights and sealed them up with tape. The wires on the pig tail were plenty long for this.
